Beginning

Jobsearchkaro.com, hereinafter referred to as the "Job Portal" is owned and operated by M/S RF Innovatives Private Limited (hereinafter referred to as "Company"). For the purposes of the Terms & Conditions, a user seeking or searching jobs on the Job Portal will be hereinafter referred to as “Job Seekers” and a user Posting Jobs or Searching potential Job Seekers will be hereinafter referred to as an “Employer”.

The Company has created this Job Portal for the uses of a Job Seeker and the Employer, with services available subject to adherence to updated Terms & Conditions. Both parties must accept and comply with these terms.

Motive

This Job Portal is made available for use only by:

“Job Seekers”, who are exploring job opportunities.
“Employer”, who can be representative of any Organisation / MNC or Human Resource professionals of small, medium and large organisation or MNC’s or any Recruitment Agencies (including Freelance Recruiters) globally.

This Job Portal is developed only with an intention to act as a bridge between the Job Seekers and the Employer, as we believe they exchange the mutual interest.

Terms of Uses - Job Seekers

To access the Job Portal's services, the Job Seeker agrees to pay a one-time subscription charge of Rs 59/- (INR) only, which will include TAX/GST as applicable under Indian law. This subscription price is non-transferable and provides lifetime access to the Job Seeker's dashboard and the company's services.
The subscription cost paid by the Job Seekers will be valid until the account is not deleted by the Job Seeker. Apart from charging an amount of Rs 59/-, the Job Portal doesn’t have any other payment / premium option.
The Job Seeker agrees to share the right information for employment purposes and an Employer holds all the right to take the appropriate action if the information provided by the Job Seeker is found to be incorrect.
The Job Seeker agrees to pay the one-time signup fee of Rs 59/- and use the services for searching employment opportunities at their free will. Also, the Job Seeker agrees to exchange their valid communication details on this job portal with the prospective Employer.
The company will verify Employer identification through an Employer Validation process, but Job Seekers agree to verify the employer authenticity from their end as well before they accept or commit the offer of employment from the prospective employers.
Though the Job Portal is committed to act as the right platform to provide the right guidance and support in search of employment, it does not guarantee any employment upon signing up. Job Seekers cannot claim or demand employment opportunities after paying the Rs 59/- signing fee. Also, the security of login credentials (payment details, login ID, Password, OTP) lies with the user.
The subscription cost of Rs 59/- (Inc of tax) is non-refundable.

Terms of Use – (a) Employer

The access to the services and signing up on the Job Portal is absolutely free for Employers and they do so at their own free will.
The Employer agrees to provide proof of being an ‘Employer’ while signing up and creating their dashboard space on the Job Portal by either signing up with a professional email ID/ Employee ID Card/ Company Business proof or other valid documents mentioned in the employer validation list.
If an Employer signs up using an official/professional/business email ID of their domain, no further documents will be required.
Each email ID will have one access & each Employer is allowed to do multiple job postings.
Employers will not be allowed to post any jobs on this platform until their ‘Employer Validation’ is verified.
The Employer account activation is subject to backend verification by the authorized team of the Job Portal.
The Employer agrees not to demand/request money from Job Seekers under any pretext and will refrain from posting any illegal or unlawful content on the platform.
Background verification of Job Seekers is completely the Employer’s responsibility (before or after an offer is made), and the Job Portal will not be responsible for the same.

Terms of Use – (b) Employer – Branding

Employers who want to brand or market their business on our site in order to draw in the top talent for their needs can use this service for free.
Any intellectual property or trademark concerns pertaining to the employer's logo are not the responsibility of the Job Portal.
If an employer finds that the corporate page is employing any offensive, unlawful, or religious content or logo, the Job Portal has the right to suspend it.
In order to acquire talent and manpower for their business needs, employers agree to utilize this platform exclusively for recruitment, job posting, and branding.
The Job Portal has the authority to suspend an employer's account without providing prior notice if the employer is found to be engaging in any illegal activity on the platform.
The Job Portal shall not be held accountable for any inaccurate information supplied by the employer, as the employer bears responsibility for all information posted on the Job Portal.

Legal & Job Portal Uses

Use of this Platform by Job Seekers or Employers should be strictly for the purpose of Employment or Employee Search only. Any legal dispute between the Job Seekers and the Employers should be handled at their own discretion. Any legal dispute against the company “RF Innovatives Private Limited” must be settled within the Karnataka jurisdiction.
